Three guys' decision
In the autumn of 2023, three passionate former colleagues, Juuso, JP and Mikko, joined forces to create something unique. Their shared vision was to revolutionize the B2B market for laboratory and healthcare equipment procurement by offering an easy-to-use and high-quality e-commerce platform lenolab.fi, not forgetting personalized customer service for customers.
Experience talks
Mikko, who has extensive experience with laboratory and healthcare equipment and technologies, serves as the company's technical expert. JP, with a background in business and marketing, brought with him a strategic vision and a passion for customer service. Juuso, an experienced sales and marketing and software development professional, is responsible for the technical implementation and digital marketing of the online store.
The vision
Lenolab, the trio saw an opportunity to provide healthcare and scientific professionals with an easy and reliable way to purchase quality equipment. They invested heavily in a customer-centric approach, product quality and fast full-service delivery to ensure that Lenolab would stand out from the competition.
From there, it took off
