Densitometer DEN-600

The Grant-bio DEN-600 is a portable photometer for OD600 cell density, McFarland turbidity and Bradford protein measurements. It measures 0–3.0 Abs and 0–16 McF at 600 nm and is a cost-effective alternative to a spectrophotometer for these routine tasks.

Thanks to its rechargeable Li-ion battery and small size, the DEN-600 can be used inside a biosafety cabinet or anaerobic chamber and moved easily between workstations. The cell holder accepts standard 10 mm path cuvettes, round-bottom tubes, conical vials and Falcon tubes, and the USB connection with DEN software handles data transfer and calculations.
