Pol-Eko CHL 1 is a compact laboratory refrigerator, or lab fridge, designed for reliable storage of temperature-sensitive samples, reagents and laboratory materials. 

Forced air circulation and a precise PID controller help maintain stable refrigerated conditions inside the chamber.

Laboratory refrigerators/fridges are equipped with highly advanced microprocessor temperature controller Smart or Smart PRO, which maintains the set temperature with high stability and uniformity. The advantage of the above mentioned controller is a large and colourful display and intuitive operation even when wearing latex or nitrile gloves. In laboratory refrigerators/fridges, temperature is the priority, so the compressor is turned on when necessary. Comparatively in refrigerators the compressor turns on with a constant interval, regardless of the temperature in the compartment. POL-EKO laboratory refrigerators have forced air circulation, which has beneficial influence on temperature uniformity inside the device. Two-component polyurethane foam provides perfect insulation of the refrigerator chamber and refrigerants used by POL-EKO are ecological.

SMART – controller which will be a direct successor of the BASIC and STD (standard) controllers, currently found in the ST cooled incubators, CHL laboratory refrigerators, ZL laboratory freezers, ZLN-UT ultra-low freezers, as well as the IL cooled incubators, CL laboratory incubators,SL drying ovens and SR laboratory sterilizers.

The brand new Smart PRO controllers are direct followers to the TOP+ controllers and will be available for the KK climatic chambers, IL cooled incubators, SL drying ovens, CL laboratory incubators, as well as the ST cooled incubators, CHL laboratory refrigerators, ZL laboratory freezers and ZLN-UT ultra-low freezers.
